With over 17 consecutive years of serving healthy, fresh, and authentic Mediterranean food with daily fresh-baked pita bread, falafel is made fresh from scratch using all fresh ingredients the same way it would taste as if you were in the holy land of Bethlehem. Our beef, chicken & lamb are grass-fed raised and harvested in the USA. We marinate our meats with special herbs and spices that give a healthy Mediterranean flavor.
